1 lb sausage (Hot or Mild)
1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese
1 10 oz can Rotel Tomatoes with chilis

Cook sausage in a sauce pan to brown breaking into small crumbles.(Drain the fat if you must) Add package of Cream Cheese stirring well into the sausage. Add can of Rotel mixing well.
Remove from heat, grab the chips (CORN) and dip/scoop.
Any leftovers spread cold on bread, Toast, crackers (Fire), or crudite (cut veggies ya’ll) works great!
